Haolang Pipeline Coke Cleaner is a solid compound made from various inorganic materials through processes such as crushing, mixing, and drying. It addresses the issue of "efficient, low-pollution coal combustion" through chemical means.

Functions:

1) Adding this product can extend coal combustion time, improve the efficiency of coal usage, and with long-term use, it reduces smoke and dust, prevents ash buildup, cleans coke, and aids combustion, especially for low-quality coal.

2) It accelerates heat conduction, restoring the boiler to its original design capacity.

3) It reduces the workload of boiler workers in adding coal and cleaning ash.

4) It decreases the emission of atmospheric fly ash, oxides, and sulfur dioxide, contributing to environmental protection.

5) For gas generators, it reduces the frequency of shutdowns and increases work efficiency.

6) For gas generators, it reduces the time required for manual cleaning of gas transportation pipelines.

7) For gas generators, it minimizes the hazards associated with pipeline cleaning.

Scope of Application: Suitable for various boilers and different types of coal combustion, with the most effective results in gas generators. (Especially for boilers burning high-sulfur, low-quality coal.)

Precautions: 1. Once the coke cleaner is used in a boiler, it must be used consistently, and effects will begin to show after 15 days.

2. This product is weakly alkaline; avoid handling it with bare hands and prevent dust from entering the eyes. Usage and Dosage:

Mix this product uniformly with coal at a ratio of 1–3‰ of coal consumption, and feed it into the boiler through the coal feeding device for combustion.

Packaging and Storage:

Packaged in woven bags of 25 kg. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area, away from fire sources and protected from moisture.
